PROJECT: DofE 'Learning Platform and Pathways'
Creating a single source of truth, learning and support for nearly 40,000 adult volunteers
When generic front-loaded face-to-face training proved ineffective, we led a close collaboration with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award’s network learning team to implement a new online learning platform and to create and implement role-based learning and ongoing support pathways at scale.

Turning specialist hydronics expertise into a practical methodology for heating system engineers
Hydronic heating systems are complex. Working closely with a “rock-star” heating systems engineer, we extracted, organised and refined decades of unwritten technical expertise and experience into a clear, repeatable ten-step process and a sophisticated blended learning programme for modern heating system designers and installers to meet the needs of a rapidly changing industry.

Bridging the gap between trustees' legal responsibilities for safeguarding and their actions
