We don't begin with content. We begin with performance.
Most organisations already possess the expertise their people need. The challenge is uncovering it, making sense of it and turning it into something others can confidently apply.
Snowfish Learning helps organisations define what successful performance looks like, then works closely with subject-matter experts to reveal the knowledge, decisions and practical insights behind it.
We analyse and organise that expertise, identify what people genuinely need, and turn it into clear frameworks, engaging learning experiences and practical tools that help people apply their learning in the workplace. Sometimes that means improving existing content. Often, it means discovering and creating the underlying method that did not previously exist.
The result is more than well-designed learning. It is a practical system for transferring expertise from experienced specialists to the people who need to understand and apply it effectively.
Moving beyond the question 'What do we need to tell people?' to 'What do we need our people to be able to do?'"

Our Mission
To uncover and turn complex expertise into practical learning systems that help people perform effectively and with confidence.
Our Vision
A world in which learning and doing are no longer separate. People can access the insight, guidance and support they need as part of the work itself.
Why Snowfish?
We help you define the performance goal
Before discussing content or technology, we establish what people actually need to do and what successful performance looks like.
We uncover the real expertise
We work closely with subject-matter experts to reveal the decisions, methods and insights that experienced practitioners may use instinctively but find difficult to explain.
We create clarity from complexity
We analyse, organise and optimise complex knowledge, often creating new frameworks, processes and practical tools that make the expertise easier to understand and apply.
We design the complete experience
We connect memorable learning with resources, tools, facilitated activity and point-of-need support, creating a system that helps people both learn and perform.
We combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Snowfish can lead the whole process, from performance analysis and requirements definition through platform selection, learning design, development and implementation. The same person remains closely involved throughout, protecting the thinking and intent behind the solution.
We build trusted partnerships
We bring curiosity, constructive challenge and more than three decades of experience. Our strongest solutions come from working closely alongside clients and their experts. We aim to become a trusted extension of the team, invested in both the immediate project and its long-term success.
