What we collect and why
The contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation, your message, and anything you choose to tell us about how you heard of us. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to manage the work that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Email. If you email us directly, we hold your message and address for the same reasons.
Website usage. This website does not use analytics tools and does not track you. See the cookie policy for the detail.
What we do not do
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then review and delete what we no longer need. Records connected to contracts are kept for as long as UK law requires, typically six years.
Where your data lives
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to how we use it. We do not make automated decisions about you. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
