Accessibility statement
Snowfish Learning designs learning that works for real people, so it would be odd if our own website did not try to do the same. This statement covers the website at snowfishlearning.com, run by Snowfish Limited, company number 13272872.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means we work to make sure you can:
- navigate the whole site using only a keyboard
- read text at up to 200 per cent zoom without losing content
- rely on sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- use a screen reader with meaningful headings, labels and image descriptions
What we know about
No website is perfect and we would rather be honest about ours:
- Some of our background photography uses overlays to keep text readable. If you find a page where the contrast falls short, we want to know.
- Older PDF documents, such as the brand book, may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need the content of a PDF in another format, ask and we will provide it.
If something does not work for you
Tell us. Use the contact form and describe the problem and the page it is on. We will respond within five working days and fix what we reasonably can.
If you need any of our content in a different format, such as large print or plain text, ask and we will do our best.
Enforcement
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with the response, you can raise it with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which handles complaints under the Equality Act 2010.
About this statement
This statement was prepared in August 2026, based on our own testing of the site with keyboard navigation and screen reader checks. We review it when the site changes significantly.
