What was the core challenge?

Hydronic heating systems are complex. Even experienced engineers can misdiagnose problems, overspecify components or replace parts without understanding how the complete system is behaving.
Warmur possessed deep technical and practical expertise, but its defining 10-Step Hydronics method did not yet exist. Snowfish began with a deceptively simple question: what do heating engineers actually need to be able to do?

How did we structure the solution?

Months of close analysis with Warmur’s subject-matter expert turned experience, calculations and diagnostic judgement into a clear ten-step process. Snowfish then used that method as the backbone for a growing learning system combining in-depth digital learning, practical calculations, diagnostic thinking and classroom application.

What was the measurable impact?

Rather than asking engineers to memorise isolated facts, the learning helps them understand the whole system, make better engineering decisions and explain why those decisions work.
